KEDER SOLUTIONS: Return and Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Keder Solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,
we’re here to help.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
and in the original packaging. Any item that has been altered (cut, sewn, marked on, laminated,
etc.) will not be refunded.

Please include the receipt or proof of purchase in your return package

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/REFUSALS
If you are returning an order internationally, you are responsible for shipping, duties, taxes and
brokerage fees.

Packages that are refused at delivery outside of the United States will not be accepted by Keder
Solutions. If arrangements for payment and delivery are not made within the carrier’s allotted time
frame (often just a few days), such packages are deemed abandoned and are destroyed by
customs. If you refuse a package you will not receive the goods and no refund will be made by
Keder Solutions. If you wish to return the goods, you must receive the package and then start the
Return process.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your
return/refund of the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within 3-10 business days, depending on your card
issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Returns can be
